But wanted me to reserve the car OVER THE PHONE without it being ready/serviced to be driven. Wouldn't allow price negotiation over the phone-had to be "in person" even though car was in service and wasn't availbe for test drive. I declined to do business with the dealership, not worth my time to do business in that manner. When I asked the details of the RAV4 they could not tell me anything about the car. They said the best trade in and offer would get the RAV4 at 11am the next day. Several weeks later they contacted me saying they had an allocation of the RAV 4 Primes coming in the next day.
They gave me a great deal on a new Corolla and I am very happy. They helped me with my questions and showed me other cars available that worked out better for me.
